Cape Cod
My history in Provincetown goes back some 45 years; as a partying youngster, as a young husband, and as a father with two young children. After an almost 20 year hiatus I returned there in 2019, again to be entranced by the unique bay light and beautifully maintained 19th century architecture. My familiarity and love of this place inspired me to paint it once again from a new, more mature perspective.
This first new series of Provincetown watercolors in almost two decades can be seen this Summer at the William-Scott Gallery in town, a gallery I had several shows with years ago. A very happy return to P-Town!
